Expect highly innovative and explosively flavourful dishes from the under-the-radar stripped back, hot spot (used to be a souvenir shop) by Korean-born chef Esu Lee - formerly of Passerini. CAM fuses the French wine bar tradition with far-reaching influences with dishes such as gochujang-spiced beef tartare and decadently chunky Korean fried chicken. Open Wednesday to Sunday, from 7pm.
