Thierry Marx has trained with some of the country's best chefs at restaurants including Ledoyen, Taillevent and Robuchon and has two Michelin stars since 2012 for his signature restaurant Sur Mesure at the Mandarin Oriental in Paris.
With his creative and innovative cooking, Marx mixes French tradition with Asian influences and known as a specialist in molecular gastronomy. His cuisine draws inspiration from his extensive travels and particularly Japan. Expect a contemporary brasserie dishing up Parisian bistro cuisine with original takes on traditional dishes, when the restaurant re-opens.
