Qasti by Alan Geaam

A Lebanese bistro by Lebanese-French Michelin-starred chef Alan Geaam.

Qasti, which translates as "my story" in Lebanese, serves-up dishes combining France’s rich culinary heritage with touches from Geaam's native Lebanon and
alongside recipes inspired by the chef's childhood memories.

This storied eatery reveals further culinary and personal insights to his extraordinary life. In the wake of the Lebanese Civil war, Geaam fled to Paris, sleeping on park benches and washing dishes. 20 years on, the self-taught chef opened an eponymous restaurant baring not only his name, but a Michelin Star. Geaam is also behind Auberge Nicolas Flamel and two modern French bistros - AG Saint-Germain and AG Les Halles. Open daily.
