Created by two sisters passionate about the West Coast - Cali Sisters is an homage to "feel good" California cuisine - inspired by a farm to table approach and featuring Californian specialties, each with its own sutble twist: lemon and ricotta pancakes, sumac and tahini with smoked cauliflower and mac n cheese made with Fourme d' Ambert.
The sun-kissed interiors of the dining room - soaked in a quintessential Palm Springs style - blend vintage bric-a-brac curios, iconic palm trees, colorful diner-style seating and a laid-back style and feel of Santa Monica - overseen by Heather Tierney - behind the famous restaurant The Butcher’s Daughter in New York and Los Angeles. The dining room opens onto a pretty terrace.
