An all-day holistically rooted eatery, offering vibrant and elevated plant based cuisine, inspired by Latin American roots.

Led by Sabrina Goldin and Stéphane Abby (they're also behind Carbon), this vegetarian restaurant is housed in HOY hotel - the first 'yoga hotel' in Paris. The menu has been developed by Lauren Lovatt and Carolina Rodriguez, plant based chefs and creators of the Plant Academy - a culinary academy and kitchen based in East London. 

Expect only the freshest array of produce from the countries best suppliers producing ethereal modern vegetarian dishes - with an Argentinian accent, such as: tacos made with salad leaves, avocado, hemp and smoked mushrooms, tortellini with plant-based ricotta and lemon confit, a fried cauliflower salad with crispy buckwheat and baby sprouts. All served alongside a selection of natural wines and brewed-batch cocktails on tap.
