L’Atelier Maître Albert by Guy Savoy

A contemporary and convivial rotisserie in the heart of old Paris from the three-Michelin-starred chef Guy Savoy.

Across from Norte Dame on the Left Bank, this old-school bistro (which dates back to the 15th century) serves a combination of classic and contemporary French cuisine imagined by the renowned chef Guy Savoy - one of the world’s greatest chefs. The handsome interiors, designed by Jean-Michel Wilmotte, juxtaposes medieval wooden ceiling beams and an attractive 13th-century medieval fireplace with stylish slate tables and dark-colored walls lined with colorful, graffiti-like paintings and large windows framing views of the Seine. There’s also a wine cellar and a partially open kitchen where chefs tend the restaurant’s signature rotisserie and finish off timeless French classics.
