Winner of Top Chef 2013, Naoëlle d'Hainaut trained at Épicure de l'hôtel Le Bristol with Eric Fréchon before opening her Michelin-starred restaurant - L'Or Q'idée in Pontoise where she dishes up traditional French cuisine. Now she is preparing to open a restaurant on the ground floor of the renovated Samaritaine.
Named "Ernest" in tribute to the founder of the iconic department store in the heart of Paris. The revamped La Samaritaine is also home to a five-star boutique hotel from LVMH’s Cheval Blanc brand and a restaurant overseen by Arnaud Donckele.
