Ernest by Naoelle d'Hainault

The highly-anticipated restaurant, in the revamped La Samaritaine, from the Top Chef winner.

Winner of Top Chef 2013, Naoëlle d'Hainaut trained at Épicure de l'hôtel Le Bristol with Eric Fréchon before opening her Michelin-starred restaurant - L'Or Q'idée in Pontoise where she dishes up traditional French cuisine. Now she is opened a restaurant on the ground floor of the renovated Samaritaine.

Named "Ernest" in tribute to the founder of the iconic department store in the heart of Paris. The revamped La Samaritaine is also home to a five-star boutique hotel from LVMH’s Cheval Blanc brand and a restaurant overseen by Arnaud Donckele. D'Hainault serves up a seasonal, bistronomic - inspired menu with dishes such as velouté of yellow peppers in argan oil and pollack with zucchini and buckwheat foam.
