A stylish Chinese canteen from the Bao Family.
Following the successful opening of Petit Bao, comes this latest addition on the banks of the Canal Saint-Martin in Paris. Designed by Mur.Mur Architectes studio - they also designed the stylish Petit Bao - with striking interiors made up of evocative red walls and traditional Chinese lanterns heavily referencing retro, Chinese canteens in Hong Kong.
Rotating tables showcase the kind of timeless Chinese food that you would get in the best of Hong Kong restaurants, from chefs Lucy Chan (CAM Store) and Leslie Chirino (Frenchie and Cheval d'Or) from classic Cantonese dim sum staples to fragrant Sichuan dishes and an authentic version of Peking duck.
