Mosuke by Mory Sacko

A hotly anticipated, standalone restaurant on the Left Bank from the 'Top Chef' dishing up an eclectic menu mixing African and Asian influences.

Sacko was trained by Thierry Marx at the Mandarin Oriental and went on to became one of the most popular contestants on Top Chef. At his first restaruant - dine on eclectic cuisine with sutble Asian and African influences using local and seasonal French produce - with a choice of tasting menus available at both lunch and dinner - from €45. Dishes include: okra and caviar stick rice, baked sole in banana leaf, beef with tamarind mafé sauce, plantain turbot and miso prawns. 

Named " MoSuke" a combination of the chef's first name and 'Suke', a tribute to Yasuke, who is the first and only African Samurai to have existed in Japan. On the decor side, the room features striking decorations echoing African and Japanese cultures.
