Frenchie Pigalle at the Grand Pigalle Hôtel

The latest Frenchie restaurant combines an enticing menu and a bright decor by Dorothée Meilichzon of the Experimental Group.

Since the opening of his first restaurant on Rue du Nil, Gregory Marchand has earned a solid reputation on the Parisian culinary scene and is one of Paris's and London's most sought-after chefs. Here, he has serves up zhuzhed-up and playful small-plates bistro menu - "a more sexy-trash version of his cuisine" - with dishes such as: red tuna with strawberry and cucumber granita and spiced duck with harossa and Medjool dates. The bright and stylish interiors feature a countertop in green marble, plenty of raw oak and ceramic frescos. There's also a superb wine list and robust cocktails.
