Tortuga at Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann

A fish-centic rooftop restaurant perched atop Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann.

In collaboration with Moma Group, chef Julien Sebbag (Chez Oim, Créatures, Je Cuisine chez Toi) has set up shop on the rooftop of Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann, facing the group's now famous Créatures.

The modernist pavilion - designed by architect Franklin Azzi - houses this indoor / outdoor fish-centric rooftop restaurant with panoramic views of the Parisian skyline. Dine on a menu of the finest traditional fish and shellfish dishes - all sourced responsibly with dishes such as: Peruvian sea bass fillet, Mediterranean red tuna tartare and sea bream carpaccio.
