A 'veg-centric' bistronomic restaurant from the self-taught chef.

Expect a seasonal menu focusing on sustainability and provenance and where fruits and vegetables are the stars of the show - from a choice of affordable tasting menus available. Chef Alexandre Marchon made his name at Mr Culbuto - the hip bistrot on Rue des Pyrénées - as well as a private chef alongside various gigs including several successful pop-up restaurants.

Dishes at his eponymous restaurant include: grilled vegetables with Fourme d'Ambert emulsion, courgette flowers in tempura served with chipotle puree and sweetbreads with spinach garnished with cockles. Studio Akira (Petit Gris Restaurant, Restaurant Hyatt) has been responible for the interiors of this newcomer to the vibrant Rue Saint-Maur - creating a bright restaurant all in terracotta and terrazzo and decked out with Scandinavian furniture.
