An architecturally striking, contemporary setting for a true Japanese dining experience.

The long and narrow, minimalist dining room has been designed by architectural firms Sala Hars and Vorbot - integrating typical Japanese materials such as origami-inspired wood panels and timber structures to create a natural hue and inviting atmosphere. The omakase menu gives chef Shunei Kimura (Izumi, Comme des Poissons) the opportunity to shine. Omakase translates to ‘I’ll leave it up to you’, and Kimura's menu includes a selection of nigiri-style sushi - with toppings like langoustine and spicy mackerel - and chef's-choice maki rolls - as part of the €120 menu, which includes iced tea pairings.
