Head to the 9th floor of the Cité de l'Architecture et du Patrimoine, to reach this elevated terrace - complete with panoramic and majestic views of the capital and of the Eiffel Tower. Located in the former curator's apartment with 1930s inspired decor - brass fittings, gorgeous chandeliers, velvet cushions and all that jazz - all overseen by Joseph Dirand - similar to the original restaurant just a few floors below.
Fish and seafood takes centre-stage on the menu - most with a contemporary Japanese twist - such as tarama with summer truffle, king crab salad and salmon sashimi. La Suite Girafe is open to the public (strictly by reservation only) and to members of PH1 (a private members club by Paris Society).
