Yakuza Paris by Olivier da Costa

After conquering São Paulo, Bangkok and Lisbon with the Seen brand, Olivier da Costa arrives in Paris with the opening this stylish Japanese restaurant.

Internationally acclaimed Portuguese chef and restaurateur Olivier Da Costa is an influential name in the dining scene in Lisbon - where there's an outpost of Yakuza. Inspired by Japanese emigration over a hundred years ago, Yakuza serves up Brazilian influenced Japanese cuisine with some Mediterranean touches.

Dine on contemporary Japanese robatayaki cuisine and sushi in striking surroundings. Signature dishes include Kobe Gunkan, with wagyu, foie gras, confit onion and teriyaki dressing and the Kyuri Maki with salmon, tuna, anchovies and shrimp in cucumber leaves. The design-led dining room - complete with sushi counter - takes inspiration from Japanese 'yakuza' culture - with street art and dim lights.

Signature Dishes

Fish taco and guacamole; truffled gunkan with a quail egg; salmon chive temaki shake; tuna belly toro and king crab and green tea fondant and sesame ice cream.
