The private room is hidden in the kitchens of Voyage Samaritaine - located on the top floor of the La Samaritaine Paris - the historic LVMH owned luxury department store. Here, the Maison de Champagne Krug has imagined the space for exceptional and extravagant musical and gastronomic pairings.
By reservation only, the upholstered recording studio styled room features a red marble table - accommodating just six guests and is available for both lunch and dinner with a menu overseen by two Michelin-starred chef Mathieu Viannay - who took over Eugenie Brazier’s cult restaurant “la Mère Brazier” in Lyon.
Following a 'musical tasting' experience with sound extracts conceived by contemporary musicians - dine on a either a four or six course menu paired with Maison Krug cuvées - with dishes such as beef, oyster and caviar tartare with a Japanese broth of bonito and nashi and a dish of steamed turbot, accompanied by sake clams and nori seaweed. Priced from €260 per person.
