Tékès by Assaf Granit

An eco-conscious offering from the Israeli-born chef and owner of the Michelin-starred restaurant Shabour.

Granit is co-owner of a number of restaurants including Jerusalem's famous Machneyuda, London's award-winning The Palomar and also owner of the Parisian restaurants Balagan and Shabour (pictured), which was awarded a Michelin star in 2021. His latest restaurant - a self-styled 'ethical dining restaurant' features a Levantine-inpsired plant-centric menu with eco-conscious interiors. Highlights on the menu include spinach ravioli with black sesame cream, almond cream and dried feta and grilled courgettes served with a cinnamon labnhé.
