Dine on a menu of freshly prepared specialty sushi rolls served 'over the counter' at this concept eatery found inside La Poste Du Louvre.

The minimalist yet bold dining room - by interior designer Rodolphe Albert (Shabour) - featurers a long concrete dining counter and little else apart from some small bansais perched on the wooden shelves alongside tinted mirrors, custom-made ceramics and pendant lights by designer Celine Wright.

Expect a concise menu of rolls - simply wrapped sushi rice and your filling of choice inside sheets of nori. Made with purpose, fresh every day, using sustainably sourced and high-quality ingredients. There's also several sashimi dishes and sides such as edamame and a spicy cucumber salad with ponzu. The full menu, also features a selection of Japanese saki, whiskey, beer and tea.
