Le Servan

Run by the two Levha sisters, Titiana in the kitchen who trained with renowned chefs Alain Passard and Pascal Barbot, and Katia on the wines. Le Servan has that home feel that prevents it from being stuffy.

The decor of Le Servan is also made to make you feel relaxed and at home with eclectic furniture that seems to have been collected little by little over the years, set against cream walls, elaborate mouldings and trompe l'oeil ceiling.

The lunch menu (€28) is the perfect chance to have a sampling of the cuisine. The menu offers two options for each of the three courses. Although the menu alters depending on the season and the fresh produce available, there are some repeating favourites such as the pan-fried piece of calf's head with new potatoes, handmade spring rolls with raw tuna, peanuts and an astringent dipping sauce, and the veal with roasted carrots, seasonal peas, and spicy rhubarb sauce.
