If you haven’t had a chance to experience chef Yohan Lastre’s cuisine, previously at the Ritz, don’t despair. As of the end of last year, the renowned chef has opened his own establishment. Not the typical namesake restaurant that so many chefs’s of his calibre have gone on to launch, but rather, a beautifully unique little venue that delivers grade-A cuisine, straight to your front door, in less than half an hour.
The gastronomic plates, ranging from French homemade classic fares to more innovative options, are delivered warm, with sides and sauces so you can finish dressing at home for the best results and presentation.
In addition to the four daily pie options (the Parisian vegetables, the poultry, the lemon and tarragon, the duck), chef Lastre also offers wide range options ranging from grade-A cold cut meats to fish, meat, poultry and dessert. We love the poached chicken with chicken sauce, fondant carrot, quinoa and rhubarb for only 10 euros.
Just one recommendation: when ordering from the world champion winner of the best pie crust, be sure you try at least one Lastre pie.
