After a round of awards and Michelin stars for his Savoy restaurant, La Maison des Bois, Veyrat has finally graced Paris with his first restaurant.
Located in Palais des Congrès, Rural has been designed to be a mix between Chalet and loft and seats 220 diners. Interior designer Lionel Jadot aimed to marry Savoy roots and Paris. The result? You won’t believe you are at Palais des Congrès. The wooden chairs, patchwork armchairs, sheepskin extravaganza will have you daydreaming of the slopes.
The menu is equally inspired by Veyrat’s double starred restaurant 'La Maison des Bois', which has been re-imagined and simplified without losing its Michelin star care. We love dishes such as 'Duck from the Mémé Caravi lakes in verbena juice' and 'blanquette of veal with almond milk'.
And the cherry on the Savoy cake - Rural is also a great deal more affordable.
So if you won’t be hitting the pistes and discovering La Maison des Bois, then why not take a culinary trip to Savoy right in the heart of Paris.
