Chef Antonin Bonnet, the former head of Le Sergent Recruteur, has finally opened his own restaurant Le Quinsou.
Located in the heart of the 6th arrondissement, Le Quinsou offers a lunch menu at €28 and an evening option of two menus one at €48 (4 courses) and €65 (6 courses).
Among the selection of fares on offer and (at times) delivered by the chef himself are vegetables from Bec-Hellouin, praline vinaigrette and basil, and the superb red mullet of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie.
Le Quinsou also boasts a great wine list that focuses on organic wines and includes such gems as Derain, Ganevat, Valette, among many others.
