Conceived from the imagination of Benjamin Patour and designed by the renowned Laura Gonzalez, Noto boasts in an Art-Deco room, classic elegance and hints of baroque. The result? A simply enchanting Italian oasis in the heart of Paris.
The cuisine is orchestrated by chef Patrick Charvet (who has studied with Guy Martin or Pierre Gagnaire). We love such fares as Octopus carpaccio with roasted peppers, grapefruit and spearmint (€22), Linguine Noto: made with shrimp, garlic, curry, bisque, tomatoes, spinach shoots (€27), and the Souvenir de Tunisie: farmed poultry ‘en deux cuissons', pan fried foie gras, grapes and roasted cereals (€31)
For dessert we recommend U opt for the Semiffredo with frosted lemon and verbena, a real treat during a warm spring day.
