Le Syndicat co-founders, Sullivan Doh and Romain Le Mouellic, have a winning number on their hands.

There is something about Le Syndicat that makes one almost feel lucky to be aware of its existence. Maybe, it is the fact that if U didn’t know about it U could easily pass by its decrepit façade covered with peeling posters and not even be aware of its existence. Maybe, it is because the bouncer that stands outside seems off putting and may make U wish to turn away before stepping inside and discover this hidden gem. Or maybe it is simply because it would be a shame to miss out on a place that makes such world class cocktails, boasts in a lowkey ambience, and is crawling with hip locals. 

Cocktails at Le Syndicate are a religion, to be taken seriously or not at all. We love such creations as Picon Biere made with cognac, Picon, beer and quince compote, and reinvented classics such as the Raspberry Negroni that comes accompanied with an alcoholic lolly made downstairs in their in-house laboratory. 

All in all, Le Syndicat is definitely worth a try.
