Chef Gagnaire knows a thing or two about healthy cooking with a dash of innovation having previously run a Michelin-starred restaurant in Puy-en-Velay in the Auvergne region. Now his restaurant, Anicia, is a testament to his background. 

The menu changes constantly depending on daily arrivals but there are some favourites that stay on the menu like the asparagus of Mallemort, with pannacotta of Chow flower and the Osso Bucco. 

And the best part, despite its starred chef and chic location in the 6th arrondissement the menu at Anicia both a la carte and Set Menu (5 courses, €59) is affordably priced.
