The new Tom Dixon designed restaurant is not only a modern and chic oasis on the otherwise crowded and rather touristy Champs-Élysées, but also boasts in a one of kind menu orchestrated by no other than three michelin starred chef Eric Frechon.
The menu, which is geared towards Grade-A meats from around the world boasts in tempting fares such as 300grams steak of wagyu beef from Japan accompanied by fries and soy sauce (€195), melting rib eye from Ireland, a rare rib steak (€55) and the Normandy beef rib steak for two or three people with salad (€110).
If U are craving something lighter why not opt for the raw beef tenderloin with capers (€25) or the spider veal with capers and parmesan (€32). The venue also offers non-meaty fares such as the imaginative and delicious burger of gambas with coriander (€26) and bluefin tuna in tartare with guacamole (€26), but then again you don't go to Rome to eat burgers, so we recommend that when at the Drugstore U do give a try to at least one of the house's special meat dishes.
