Lebanese chef Alan Geaam needs no introduction having successfully opened three restaurants in Paris to great critical acclaim and a series of awards including Michelin stars. In 2018, less than a year after opening, Geaam's eponymously named, Franco-Lebanese restaurant received its first Michelin star for giving Middle Eastern dishes and ingredients like Kefta, halloumi, labneh and falafels the haute gastronomy treatment.
The ambience is elegant, tranquil and simple, so although you are cocooned in understated luxury the focus rests on the cuisine. The cuisine is French with a nod towards Lebanon and his world travels. There is a la carte menu but we recommend opting for the Discovery Menu, (€60) which consists of five courses and gives you a beautiful insight into the talents of this now renowned chef.
