Try the Le Rabelais - pain brioché with saffron, honey and nuts; or Le Pagnol aux Pommes, a bread studded with royal gala apple (skin on), raisins and orange flower water - two house specialties that have placed Vasseur on the patisserie map. 

Other house specialities include Pain des Amis, crusty loaves with soft dough, chocolate and pistachio escargot pastries, and Mouna brioche flavored with orange blossom.
