“Le Zyriab by Noura” boasts being housed in a building designed by starchitect Jean Nouvel, a grand terrace and captivating views of Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Seine and the Ile Saint-Louis.
The food ranges from a selection of mezze that include tabouli, hummus, sambousek cheese, stuffed grape leaves, eggplant caviar, mini spicy Lebanese sausages, and chicken wings with garlic and lemon, to more fulfilling main course dishes such as raw lamb fillet with diced onions and spices of the East, chops of marinated and grilled lamb, or fish kebabs marinated in olive oil.
Do have a look at the drinks menu which includes a good selection of wines both Lebanese and French, champagne, a selection of whiskies of 12 years and older, as well as Arak (Lebanese version of pasties).
Whether U visit during lunch or dinner, be assured the atmosphere is always serene and peaceful. Indeed, if U just fancy a break with your Moroccan mint tea and favourite book, the staff will not disturb you and will allow you to take your time and soak in the atmosphere.
This is not the sort of place that hurries U out of its doors to make room for the next round of guests, but a venue that values itself on providing its customers with a tranquillity that is quite often hard to find in the City of Lights.
