Started by Vicent, Matthieu, Jordi and Victor, three Spaniards and a Frenchman, Pessic is a Spanish restaurant at the top of its game. The Pessic teams imports their fresh produce directly from Spain, the Spanish cured hams are stored in the restaurant's large vaulted cellar near bottles of Spanish wines, and their recipes are Valencian past down through generations, all together making Pessic one authentic and unforgettable dining experience.
We simply can't get enough of the grade A tapas, all generously sized. Try the croquettes of Iberian ham (€12), coca of vidre (toast) with cuttlefish, grilled artichokes and black aioli (€14) or soft cheeses, milk bagels garnished with shredded pork (€15).
Yet the star of the show, no questions asked, it is the hommemade, original Valecian paella, which in Valencia contains no chorizo, no peas, no shrimp or seafood, but don't let the lack of those ingredients fool U, because the result is simply a delectable masterpiece. For dessert, we recommend you try the orange cake made with organic imported Valencian oranges.
And to top it all off, U can also privatize the underground space to make a big paella party.
