One of the loveliest characteristics of Paris is that trends come and go and time doesn't seem to hurt you for very long.
As many traditional french restaurants this most reputable French brasseries once fell into decline due to newer and more exotic food establishments. Thankfully Vin des Pyrénées is back!
The menu has stayed classic such Iridescent oysters (€2 each); croquettes of lamb slow cooked for seven hours (€12), and rich calamari stuffed with chorizo and fennel (€17).
Dessert is made in house and we recommend having a go at the caramel topped citron meringue tart (€8) or crème brulée with burnt orange cinnamon (€8), you won't be disappointed.
And in true old time French the venue is open until 2am. What more can we ask for?
A journey back in time to Paris's golden age.
