Enter through the wooden door and walk through a series of stone-clad, wooden decorated rooms and feel as if you have left Paris for the countryside. We simply can't get enough of this welcoming and warm little haven.
The venue was the creation of three 60s era actors, who turned the little hole in the wall restaurant into a celebrity hotspot. Today you may not spot the usual celebrity, but the menu is simply delicious. We love the generoulsy served portions of gourmet traditional dishes.
For starter do try the squash and chestnut soup or duck foie gras with port jelly, then follow up with some mouthwatering tender lamb chops delicately scented with fresh mint and topped with a mix of mushrooms, or go lighter with cod dish accentuated with chorizo and courgettes. Then finish it all off with a creamy vanilla millefeuilles and a glass of digestive in front of the open fire.
