If gravy chicken doesn't do it for you, don't despair the menu is rich options from the classical soufflé au formage, to the more creamy Buckwheat and mushroom soufflé with an exta gooey interior, to more adventurous options such as soufflé of foie gras, figs and porto sauce, simply put - delicious! 

The restaurant also boasts in a beautiful exterior terrace which is heated and protecte during the wintery months, so do take advantage and do as the locals do and take your digestive outside.
