This is a true treat for the taste buds and the atmosphere. We love the idea of combining two of our favourite dining - French Gourmet and Japanese grills cum bar.
The interior at Pilgrim, like in its Japanese counterparts (from where it takes its inspiration) unfolds around a large, open, central kitchen. We also can't help but admire the interior designs ethical views, designed around the concept of sustainable restoration so as to limit the environmental impact.
The speciality here is, of course, charcoal cooking typical of Japanese grills. The restaurant has set menus (daily changing fares) for lunch and dinner (4 to 7 dishes).
And the best part, the wine list here is no joke and has something for everyone.
