La Rotonde de la Muette

Located in the chic 16th arrondissement this beautiful brasserie is a must for all lovers of fine things and tasty cuisines.

We can't help but admire the New York agency Roman and Williams, the masterbinds behind the Ace Hotel and Standard High Line, but it is the reinvention of this classic 16th arrondissement brasserie that tugs at our heart strings and taste buds.

Rich textures, original 1930s chandeliers, soft lighting, dark walnut paneling and gleaming surfaces combine to create an atmosphere of comfort and luxury that we can't help but believe furthers a pleasant digestion. While Chef Sébastien Carabeaux's offers a classic (and ever tasty) brasserie menu.

Do try the beef tartare, the homemade sweetbreads and coquilles Saint-Jacques with French fries made on the premises, all beautifully excuted and delicious. Or opt for a 'sharing is caring' attitude and select a leg lamb or blanquette of veal (minimum to people).

If U are searching for the full La Rotonde experience, then do as the locals do and start with drinks on the terrace and move in as the evening chill hits the air for a warm, cocooned meal amidst a sea of luxury.
