Still aiming to break codes of bistonomy through his cuisine, image and restaurant atmosphere, the tatooed celebrity chef proudly opens his new restaurant in the popular 9th arrondissement.
The former Old Papillon Bistro, now originally named NE / SO (which means in French North-East, South-West - as in the perfect geographical location for wine cellars and fermentation chambers) is a den of wines and tasty treats.
The restaurant offers a changing short menu and a tasting menu, depending on the day's fresh market produce. While each dining experience is unique, there is one common thread running through them all - delicious. Guests can even bring their own produce which the chef will then transform to gourmet fares. Through this Sanchez aims to create a dialogue between the cuisine and the diner.
After work dinner and drinks or business lunch.
"Artisans" table for 6 people (you can bring your own produce which the chef will then use to create your dishes).
Daily changing menu.
Great selection of wines.
Celebrity Top Chef Guillaume Sanchez at the helm, daily changing gourmet bistro menu depending on the day's fresh produce, first come first serve ambiance, no reservations, can bring your own fresh produce for chef to create fares, friendly staff, great wine list.
