Café Pinson

This organic establishment started by Agathe Audouze is one of the best vegetarian restaurants in the city.

Agathe Audouze is the founder of LaMinutePapillon.net and food author of SuperJus, but her real fame in the city comes via her vegetarian restaurant Pinson (regarded by many as the best in Paris). 

Pinson serves a delicious meddley of homemade fares made with superfoods such as kale, chia, spirulina, and sprouts. The delicious and nutritious cuisine is also 100 percent organic, gluten-free and-dairy free. No surprise then that Pinson is the destination of choice in Paris for the mindful diner. 

Start your meal with a delicious protein kick via the 'Perfect egg' garnished with mushroom cream, fresh herbs, candied onions, accompanied by a green salad & homemade vinaigrette. Or opt for the refreshing ceviche of Paris mushrooms seasoned with fresh herbs, onions and dried tomatoes.

For the main course we recommend the mouthwatering vegan vegetable curry made with assorted seasonal roasted vegetables, sunflower seeds in a curry-coconut sauce, or go lighter with the quinoa salad topped with Paris mushrooms, azuki beans, smoked tofu, candied onions with a drizzle of mushroom and hazelnut sauce. 

Pinson also hosts a weekend set brunch menu, but be warned the place can get rather packed so be sure to book. 

Both Pinson addresses are equally popular with the locals and offer the same high quality produce and cuisine, still we do have a tender spot for the original location in the Marais.
