Lasserre

A favourite with Audrey Hepburn, André Malraux and Salvador Dali alike, this gourmet heaven is a must!

Lasserre’s has an incredibly rich history boasting fans from iconic screen legends and artists, to resistance fighters during WWII. Indeed, rumour has it that Marc Chagall decided to paint the ceiling for the Opera Garnier while dining at Lasserre. A pillar of French gastronomy, Lasserre has tasked chef Nicolas le Tirrand, who’s trained with several three-Michelin-star chefs, to spruce up the old classics by giving them a new lightness that traditional French gastronomy often lacks, with dishes such as Lasserre’s truffle macaroni, and, of course, crêpes suzette for dessert - prepared tableside. The yellow-gold dining room interiors have also got a welcome makeover with a more airy and crisp look and feel, whilst still featuring the painted wooden ceiling that opens - weather permitting!
