The atmosphere at Les Editeurs (The Publishers) is truly something to behold and take in. Like something out of a Heminghway novel the vibe here is artistic and literary.
The interior design screams artists retreat in the big city with over 5,000 books lining the ground floor walls, an array of events including prize-givings, author live readings and book signings. The patrons fit the scene. whether enjoying a meal with a book in hand, or having an intense, philosophical conversation with their guests.
You really come to Les Editeurs to have a drink and mingle, but there is also a food menu available for those wishing to dine. We recommend you try the pan-friend bream with a Provençal aubergine stew, or the comforting steak with rosemary potatoes were fine.
Or do as the locals do and order a café gourmand (coffee with side order of pastries, and a vanilla crème brûlée).
Lunch and education in one.
