This picture perfect bistro near the Place Saint Georges, in the lively 9th arrondissement is a rare gem. Proprietor Benoit Duval-Arnould has created something truly magical through great food, suberb wine and beautiful ambiance.
The dishes are all freshly prepared and made with only the freshest produce. We recommend you opt for the Polmard beef (from Lorraine in eastern France), as it is indeed a rare find in Paris. The bone marrow with mushrooms and verjus almost has a cult following, so it is definitely worth ordering. But if meat is not your thing - don't despair, there is a yellow pollack with rhubarb meuniere and leeks, that is simply put a revelation.
And whatever you do, be sure to check out the impressive wine list. If lost for inspiration feel free to ask for recommendation as the staff is well versed in the restaurant's renowned list.
