Discover Southern French cuisine from up-and-coming Toulouse chef, Paul-Arthur Berlan.

Young chef Paul-Arthur Berlan has an impressive CV that includes a stint Oslo, Norway as well as working under 2 and 3-star Michelin chefs. Berlan also boasts in being a finalist on France's Top Chef in 2011. Now after years of experience and awards, the talented chef has opened his own restaurant in the Marais. 

If U haven't yet to experience the hearty delights southwest cuisine then this is the place to do it. The Berlan's cuisine is known for its  refinement of its comforting traditional southwest dishes.

Do opt for a regional favourites such as the cassoulet (a true southwest staple) or the mouthwatering beef tenderloin fillet with apple dauphine and sariett, and the iberian pork chop with purple sweet potato and harissa. If U are foodie adventurer, then we highly recommend the strange (yet ever tasty) heart of veal accompanied with candied zucchini and elderflower. 

And of course, do be sure to have a look at the wine menu, which features noteworthy gems from Carcassonne and other Southwest France region. Needless to say, it pairs beautifully with the fares of the region.
