After four years of refurbishing, Hotel Lutetia has finally flung open its doors and shown the locals its crown jewel - the famous Brasserie Lutetia. The renowned Brasserie has not only been remodelled but now boasts in three-starred, talented Michelin chef, Gérald Passédat.
His menu takes inspiration from the sea and the Mediterranean, which should come as no surprise by a chef from Marseille. Do try the bone marrow with flower of salt, served with crisp Basque ham; the shoots of salad with hazelnuts and red onion, then delicious scallops served just golden, sprikled with a delicate sauce and a palette of Mediterranean vegetables with spring accents. Then top it all off with the house special dessert - baba Lutetia old rum, accompanied by grapes, whipped cream and of ice cream Malaga.
After your delicious meal, why not head over to the jazz bar, conceived by Jean-Michel Wilmotte, or the very exclusive cigar bar, which reminds one of a private club atmosphere.
