Michelin starrred chef Yannick Alléno is not looking for another star to his crown with this new address, instead he hopes to bring superior bistro quality fares in a laid back ambiance.
For starters do give a try to cadoret oysters in dashi jelly and cucumbers in pickles, or fondant beef chuck ravioli, daikon turnip chips. Then for main move over to the gray shrimp and chorizo in a creamy cremated juice, or the hearty sweetbread in sea spider shell, and chanterelles.
After your meal why not enjoy a couple of glasses at the wine-cellar and have a look at the art gallery. After all, it is all on under the same roof.
