The historic Café Guitry has been replaced and its phoenix ashes have given birth to Restaurant Froufrou at the Théâtre Edouard VII.

As the name suggests Froufrou celebrates that old Parisian lightness and carelessness of being when there was joy, sharing and variety. Artists flutter across the room from dinner time to late night drinks, sharing stories and picking gossip. Delighting on a spectacular cocktail and wine list, and a cuisine compliments of fashionable chef of the moment, Juan Arbelaez.

If Wilde had based his plays in Paris he would have surely have placed this watering hole of chic Parisian characters in at least one of his works. As you dine on 'la vie française', we recommend you also order a perfectly cooked grilled lamb shoulder, roasted monkfish, or truffle shells. Or go for a dish to share dish like jacknife clams baked in herbal butter. Or simply opt for a cocktail like a perfectly balanced Martini, enjoy a beautiful live performance, and mingle (as per the style at Froufrou) and discuss your points of view on the spectable.
