However, the kitchen is something entirely different, cuisine here is centre stage as talented Michelin starred chef Samuel Lee Sum focuses on refining classic flavours perfectly crafted. 

Do try the house specials like the crispy-skinned Peking duck, served with rice pancakes and Hoisin sauce. Or the chef’s fried rice, an interpretation of Cantonese rice with Peking honey pork and slivers of egg yolk. We recommend you opt for the set menus which are suprisingly affordable for a michelin restaurant.
