A cheese and sake bar in one, we love this new Pigalle treat.

There is a first time for everything, and we didn't think we would be saying this but what a brilliant idea to mix cheese, charcuterie and sake. The new minimally decorated bar is the brainchild of Philippe Alléosse who dreamed about combining ripened cheeses and other nibbly delights with precious elixirs.

The result? We love the incredible cheeses, exceptional sake list and watermelon cocktails. Do try the cheese board platter for two (5 cheeses, fresh and dried fruits), the Iberian charcuterie board (Serrano ham, beef ham, Bellota morcilla, beef tongue ham, and gherkins) and the melt-in-your-mouth homemade foie gras with its chutney of the moment.
