Top chef Jean Imbert opens his second restaurant!

Located on the first floor of a very "hype" sports club created by Franck-Elie and Arthur Benzaquen (the duo behind the reowned sports club 'Ken') sits this lovely guilt-free restaurant. Offering a cuisine "without deprivation or constraint but in the pleasure and the spirit of gluttony' chef Jean Imbert serves tasty treats inspired from a blend of local produce mixed with the contemporary architecture, all in one plate.

For starters do try the melt in your mouth and flavourful ravioli of goat in a soup of herbs and nougatine, or the light but tasty langoustine, roman lettuce and secret sauce. Then move over to a guilt-free but comforting main such as the beef filet with apples and red wine or the deliciously light - wild dorade, verjus and nuts.
