Edern

The former chef from The Peninsula Paris opens his own restaurant in the chic 8th arrondissement.

The eponymous restaurant by the multi-talented chef Jean-Edern Hurstel, is located only a few steps from the Avenue des Champs-Elysées and serves truly noteworthy haute cuisine.

Seeking more accessibility than his previous establishment, chef Hurstel offers both plates to share and haute cuisine - the choice is yours depending on your wallet size and desires.

If U opt for the share plates, we recommend you try the delicious 'Pays Basque Small Sardines' with candied lemon, chives and piquillos; or the 'thin tartelette' with truffled tarama, mediterranean red tuna and shiso. Or if U wish to be delightfully indulgent and order from the haute cuisine dishes, then do be sure to try the 'Simmenthal beef' starter with Edern spices, caramelized onions and ponzu sauce, or the melt-in-your mouth 'Linguini Grand Duro' with lobster and lobster bisque.

Edern really is an address you go visit to pamper your taste buds.
