Umi Shio

A Japanese fusion pop-up concept created by Japanese, Argentinian chef Cristian Goya.

A new dining experience - at Summersalt Beach Club at Jumeirah Al Naseem - for lunch and dinner. Umi Shio fuses the artful craft of Japanese cooking with the flavours of South America, alongside a selection of new Japanese inspired drinks, all served on the shores of Madinat Jumeirah’s private beach, with views of the iconic Burj Al Arab Jumeirah. Designed to encourage sharing, the menu includes dishes such as roasted langoustines in a sweet and sour sauce, seabass sashimi, and miso caramelised eggplant.
