Michelin-starred chef Pierre Gagnaire opened his first Italian spot in Courchevel, and has followed up with this second address in the space formerly occupied by Gaya. The menu features classic antipasti like charcuterie and vitello tonnato, and then veers from tradition with more modern dishes like raw cuttlefish with Barolo vinegar and crispy rice, fresh spaghetti with shellfish and truffles, gorgonzola and radicchio risotto, and veal cutlet Milanese with baby artichokes and watercress. The two-storey restaurant is styled between a traditional trattoria and bistro with dark panellings as well as almond green walls and convivial atmosphere.
Delectable Italian cuisine from renowned chef Pierre Gagnaire.
